The payment is made in euros, by PayPal.- Commission must be fully paid upfront.
- Payment must be made within 4 business days after receiving an invoice, If you fail to do so you will be required to re-request for a commission.________________PROCESS
1) E-mail me your commission form.
2) An invoice will be sent once I agree to work on your commission.
3) After receiving the payment I will send you a sketch (depending on commission type) for review with a maximum of 3 minor revision (adding details/fixing expression, outfit or hair).• Any more than 3 revision will be charged accordingly.
• Sketch type of commission don't include free modifications.You will receive the final art in JPEG or PNG format via Email.
________________DELIVERY TIME
• The non compliance by the client of the planned calendar or the requirement of deadlines can damage the quality of the work. The client accepts the consequences.
• Naturally, delivery time will be longer if there is significant modifications, revisions, or late delivery of documents by the client and necessary for the artwork.________________COPYRIGHT/USE
• You may re-upload commissions with proper credit.
You may use commission as icon/header/background on social media.
•You may print your commission once and for personal use only.
• You have no right to reprint/resell the commissioned art.
• Use of art on twitch, youtube or any AD supported site is forbidden.• Do not claim my artwork as yours.The reproduction and the republication of my artworks and designs are subject to the perception of copyright according to the law of 11 March 1957 French law. My artworks are therefore mine unless the client pays for the transfer of the rights. The transfer of those rights must be included in the quotation and only concerns specifically intended use, and take action solely once the invoice is fully paid.________________REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be given once artwork has been started.
• If the commission has not been started and the client cancels, a 70% refund to the client will be provided.
• If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.________________CONFIDENTIALITY, DATA PROTECTION• I will not disclose any of the information provided by the client that are confidential, not during the contract and nor after the contract has ended.
• On its side, the client agrees not to disclose any data, formulas, programs, procedures or personal information as well.
• The information collected in the context of trade relations are intended solely for internal use and are not in any circumstances transferred to third parties.________________INABILITY TO WORK
• In case of incapacity, as a result of disease or of accident, I reserve the right to modify the current planned calendar without being required by the client the payment of compensations.
• It is assumed that I must inform the client on the first working day of incapacity.
General
• I reserve the right to decline a commission.
• Specific aspects of the art which are not clarified will be left up to the artist’s interpretation and creativity.
• I will post or use your commission as sample. Please inform me if you don't want me to when ordering.
• Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
• I do not, in any circumstance, allow any use of my artworks for AI generated images.________________JURISDICTION
• The general terms and conditions listed above are governed by French law.
• Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions for lack of mutual agreement will be reported to the competent courts of France in the city of Évry-Courcouronnes, which is expressly accepted by the customer.________________By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.
